I do a few different things. They aren’t separate versions of me. They’re the same pattern showing up in different places: I notice something, so I try something, then I keep the useful bits.

What would be fun to make?
I design and make things with lasers and other equipment. Some have a reason. Some are funny. Some are just cool. Look at the objects.
Family is the reason I want the life to fit.
I’m a wife and mom. Family is enormously important to me. I’m also trying to build work that gives me more freedom and more time with them, which is a much better motivation than pretending I have a master plan.
So this collection stays connected. Community projects, a school program, books, speaking, and making things are all part of the life I’m building. There’s room for whatever’s next.
